I was running on like 4-ish hours of sleep, when i finally went to take a nap, i was in this weird state in between awake and sleep (not all the way asleep yet) and had a rush/euphoric feeling building. I was able to concentrate it on my prostate and it felt super pleasurable and i shot precum. What is this? Has anyone had a similar experience? (Ive havent been able to achieve a prostate O yet through any other means)
