I found the Netherlands rating insane. It essentially allowed for every children to watch this anime. I think this is unbelievable. I know that every country have different criteria of what it is appropriate or not but this is really questionable.

Quebec's rating is still lenient but not as insane as Netherlands.

In my opinion Netherlands rating is completely unacceptable and Quebec's while I think that it's not appropriate for a 13 to watch this anime I can understand where they come from. What do you think of both ratings? Do you think they are inappropriate of do you think they are justified in some way?
