As you may or may not be aware, Tennessee legislators have passed SB 1656 / HB 1649 which would fully ban kratom in all form beginning July 1st, 2026. This bill is heading to the Governor's desk right now. We need everyone to please reach out to Governor Bill Lee right now and voice your opinion and ask that he vetoes this bill.
