Transfem NB clear drops with nipple corrector, good sign or bad news?
Hi! First of all, here’s my situation: I’m a transfem NB person. I’ve been on estrogen for several months, which has given me breast growth, but I’m currently not taking estrogen anymore. I want to induce lactation, but since I didn’t have a breast pump yet, I’ve been using a nipple corrector/puller for about 10 days (around 4 sessions a day) to prepare my nipples and breasts.
Today, while pumping one of my breasts, I got a fair amount of transparent fluid with a watery texture (but not actual water). I’m wondering if this is a positive sign or if I’m doing too many sessions. I use it at level 4 out of 12 in recovery mode, and I’m worried it might not be progress but rather damage or over-stimulation. I haven’t taken any medications. Any help or advice is very welcome!
