Whenever I check my email I almost always only check the primary folder and I didn’t see the please read ema from mad heaters after purchasing my t2 from them. I haven’t bought anything inline that requires me to pay tariffs separately so i was unfamiliar with the process. I had been tracking the order with the shop app integration and the entire two weeks I waited it still said expected august 19th so i didn’t think anything was up until it didn’t arrive yesterday. It wasn’t until today when it said package returned that I realized something was up.

I have reached out to madheaters but they may take days to respond. Can I expect them to reship it or refund me?

I was looking on sneaky pete and found it on sale from $200 down to $140 and am considering finally upgrading to a ball vape setup. How good of a deal is this and how does it compare to a cheap diy setup from dh gate parts?
