Legit have never had more problems with a company ever from the beyond dumb staff to the bs product they’re selling now. I’ve been ordering from them for awhile and every time the quality has dropped about everything at first it would ship out same day and arrive within 2 days now you order and have to wait a week for them to even print you out a tracking number then you have to wait a week for them to drop it off then another to receive it. On top of that they are skimping out on 3.5s , leaving hair in them and ignoring customer complaints actually bs company never order from them
