What do I do here?
Ordered handy 2 on Jun 9.
Got an email on Jun 15 stating it was shipped.
Until last night the UPS tracking said label created.
Today i checked the tracking, it said shipment cancelled.
How do i proceed from here? Do i raise a ticket? Can i apply for a refund?

Looking for a recommendation which has best toys sync
So I just recently purchased a Quest 3, and I wanted to purchase a subscription which has good synchronisation with sex toys. I own a handy and was primarily checking out Vrporn or slr to get subscription.
Which has better quality (resolution)?
Closest sync with whats happening on the screen?

How long before its actually shipped
Been losing my mind over this, ordered : 9 Jun
Received the shipped mail on 15 Jun
When i ordered, it did say the its a pre order and delivery starts july.
If thats the case, why does it say its "shipped" but hasnt been handed over to UPS? Is this something standard/happens often?
