started on 2mg estradiol orally twice a day + 100mg spironolactone orally once a day, and been on 4mg estradioal orally twice a day with no change to spiro. i also started progesterone a few months ago (100mg micronised orally) and they've grown so much since then but i didn't get a good pic in this style to compare!
