Hello. I am a 55 year old nudist/exhibitionist who is fairly content with myself… now. It’s been a long road, but I am so glad to be grateful for all my body can do. I am so fortunate to be able to run, swim, lift, hike and feel healthy within all of those activities. In the past I would often wish to be taller, leaner, more muscular and more desirable. It’s not uncommon to wish for something other than what our dna has offered, but we would all be wise to recognize what we do have. I no longer knock myself for what I am not, but feel gratitude for all that I am.
