Weight loss while maintaining size
Hi everyone. I’m trying to lose weight and recently started OMAD (one meal a day) but I want to prevent droopy breasts. I do not necessarily want any growth, just a maintenance of what I already have. In the case that they get smaller, my main goal is avoid droopiness and for them to stay lifted. What do you think I should do? I’ve read the Start here but I’m still a bit lost because I’m not necessarily trying to get any bigger.
