Hey so I’ve seen a lot of Oriental people (I know, im sorry. im not trying to be racist but I haven’t seen any other ethnicity’s using them) smoking gear and using a little isopropyl torch thing? they all look handmade so it’s not a jet lighter just a.. refillable candle to light your BIC off without striking the flint wheel?

I was just wondering what they’re called and or how to make one?
