Phenacetin seems to have become increasingly common in cocaine recently, which is very worrying! I’ve seen multiple results on Wedinos.

How can you try to identify if it’s cut with it? Do reagent tests work and lastly, does an acetone wash get rid of it?

If someone’s snorted the powder already what are some tell tale signs? And would it cause cancer after a few times of use or would it require significant exposure?

This is really worrying!
