I lost 6lbs in 3 days somehow??

I have lost 50lbs in a year. Hit a wall staying around 135-145 since Christmas.

Have been going to the gym 3 weeks and gained initially and went from 142 to 146lbs but lost an inch off my lower stomach (35inch to 34inch, waist stayed at 28).

Then in 3 days I just dropped 6lbs out of nowhere. These are both taken in the morning. Not period related.

Hi,

I am 28F and 140lbs. I have lost close to 50lbs in a little over a year.

I used to be very active prior to medical limitations taking over my life (yoga, boxing, bellydance, hiking, swimming). Then had to slow down and was limited to just pilates and physical therapy. Then had an injury and was only doing PT for 8 months.

Just got cleared to go back to the gym and have decided to take my first ever lifting group classes and love it. I go twice a week and plan to increase that.

My diet is pretty good. I can tell you exactly what I eat because it is the same every day. I don't have a sweet tooth. My protein intake is good. I have only lost 1lb of muscle mass during the entire weight loss. My body scans are still trending with fat loss with muscle gain. But some of the fat is STUBBORN. I tend to fluctuate between 132-145lbs and have been stuck here since Christmas. Now that I am nearing my 30s my weight fluctations are not snapping back like they used to. Hello back rolls: you are new and got to go.

Here are some of my goals:

  1. Figure out a stretching routine to increase flexibility that I can do on the ground with wall support
  2. Is there a cardio routine I can do laying down? Cardio is my ENEMY. I get blood pressure drops. Yes, drops. Might want to go to my profile and check out my medfet post. I am happy to discuss medical stuff in pm.
  3. Assess my diet. My TDEE last I checked sucks. It is like 1000 cals and a losing battle.
  4. What is a realistic body goal for my bone structure? I am a semi-flabby 38-28-40 and a size 6. Boobs have stayed the same with weight loss. I think my overall shape is nice but you will see how I still look a little large with my structure
  5. I love my body. I still think it looks good. Degredation does not work for me. This is about health. I felt my best at a certain weight and my goal is to get back to it. I like a soft, feminine, toned curve look.

I am seeking availability TWTh 10am-4pm EST for play sessions and texting will be available otherwise. So maybe a Dom in a different time zone from me might work best.
