I'm creating a checklist for cages I'm wearing for the first time. Basic things like "is it uncomfortable in a bad way" or "can I sleep in it", but also more specific things like "is it uncomfortable while exercising" or "can I attach my support belt properly?".

What are things you need to get done while wearing your chastity? What requirements does it need to fulfill?
