I am relatively new here I made my account a week ago, but my post about my story and experience with PE attracted a lot of attention...

I received several DMs from people looking to make their own DIY clamping devices and some of them seem totally desperate for gains and willing to do anything.

I know that feeling small sucks, but hey it's better to have a small or average working penis than a broken one that's a real thing...

I just want to clarify something: If you don't know what you're doing + don't know your limits and you still decide to try new exercices with full intensity, please don't come complaining about injuries afterward.

So I had this dude sending me this << pipe squeezer >> and he wanted me to try to make a DiY clamp for him with this thing lol.

Man, I feel pain just looking at the picture, that's just not gonna happen.

Buddy was just starting his journey and willing to risk it all. Always better to start with pumping routine for a while and if it's not working at all then you can try to clamp, but with better tools!

Cheatcode for length gains [[The ice trick πŸ§Šβ„οΈ]]

You can call it bro science as much as you want, I really don't care because it worked for me and PE is all about thinking out of the box and trying new stuff + finding what works for you.

I got my BEST girth sessions when my EQ was awesome and I was super horny it's true, but I also got my BEST length sessions right after sex during the refractory period.

I believe it's simply because you are 100% flacid and it's easier to stretch when the organ is in the smallest state possible without even any tiny amount or % of engorgement.

I think that the worst advice you can get if you want fast length gains is to actually apply heat before your workout. Heat is making you feel fuller, any single time you stretch the goal should be << to be as tiny as possible >> with ZERO % engorgement. Keep the blood away from that thing, otherwise it's harder to stretch. No weird squeezes on your glans or other techniques from weirdos online, do the ice trick and you will thank me later. If you cum and do the ice trick it's even better it's going to be a shrinkage combo and you may really feel a difference with your stretching sessions.

If you are a stubborn old man you could still apply heat as a quick warmup that's up to you, but I always felt a HUGE difference when I used ice πŸ§Šβ„οΈ on my penis for a couple minutes before hanging or extending.

With the ice trick I have always reached a nice % of elongation faster than when I've JUST applied heat as a warm up bro, but no one is even talking about it. If you don't want to cum that day no problem, apply heat first then do the ice trick to shrink that thing as much as possible to prevent any possible engorgement.

Don't get me wrong for girth heat is a game changer. I enjoy wrapping my D in my heating pad for pumping or clamping and the edema/ inflammation/ expansion whatever you want to call it is insane with heat.

It doesn't matter if you shrink to your smallest size if you stretch it right after and NEVER FORGET that the REVERSE KEGEL is a CHEAT CODE for length gains too!

If you have involuntary kegel reflexes while you stretch, extend or hang then hard flacid may be coming your way sooner than later.
