I never really felt anything when I touch my nipples. They may become erect but doesn't really feel good. I have heard that people become really wet or straight up orgasm with nipple play???

So is it possible to increase the sensitivity? I don't have a partner. I have tried being rough with them, giving them flicks and pulling hard. I don't recommend it though, as one of them started to bleed (lightly) after a few flicks. (It is healed completely now).
