48 (M4F) Why is this place so crazy?
It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. I got lucky once. Let’s see if we can do it again.
I’m 48 from Southern California and feel like I’m still in my 30s. I have two older kids that are getting close to being out on their own. I’ve been married for a long time, and like most here, it’s become more of a roommate situation. We are great teammates, but I miss the spark. The awkwardness of getting to know someone new. The butterflies.
I teach in the arts at a community college, and was a professional musician for most of my 20s and 30s. I love to be active outside in my free time trail running, backpacking, or climbing. Most of the time I have some new random hobby that I’m also working on. Right now it happens to be keeping a sourdough starter alive. 😂
