I’ve only done oxy a handful of times almost always instant release, I usually do around 20mg ir and it works great but I’ve just tried 40mg extended release without breaking the timed release thing and it feels just as good, also lasts way longer. Does anybody else agree?

I’m about to get 2 20mg oxyneos, 20mg instant release oxy is the perfect dose for me and I was wondering if 40mg would feel like at least 20mg but with legs.
