I don't want to use it frequently, maybe just for comedowns and to sleep when needed(will probably try it in a social setting aswell), what rules should i set for my self? I don't want any rebound anxiety or withdrawl and i don't want mental dependency either.

I'm kinda scared of benzos, never really got much out of them recreationally(always used them as selfmedication or mixed with stims) but still, i fucked my self already with phenibut a couple times(not addicted just horrible rebound i didn't even notice)
