From a fully logical perspective if you are inside of a stomach melting, at some point isn’t getting off one last time kind of all you got? I’d go a step further and argue that this would be the case for most people. Yes depending on the level of realism maybe unlikely to actually happen. But I do feel like the idea of getting off my last time would be widespread, as in many people would think of it, even if they were unaware of the concept of vore.
Maybe even a step further to say that something akin to a vore kink exists in all people.
