I'm autistic and I get stressed and overwhelmed really easy, mostly from my job 😭 usually feel like I'm a mistake because I wasn't made to live in this scary world 😅 I can also get a bit overwhelmed with bright lights and loud noises, I would love someone that helps me feel safe and like everything is okay. I get anxious going places and doing things by myself too, so I'm kinda an anxious bean lol
In terms of ddlg, I'm kind of new to it all and still exploring!
