I have finally booked my reduction after years of back pain, crazy expensive bras, and weight loss that’s left me with deflated longggg granny boobs at 26. I used to be a 38GG and now down to a 30GG, and have my reduction booked in just over a month, I want to do everything I can to support myself mentally and physically for the surgery. I thought this subreddit would be one of the best places to get advice, so please any advice no matter how small please please share! What to buy, what to do for my body pre op, post op, absolutely anything you can think of! So ready for this I know it will personally be life changing ☺️☺️
