I just got a manual pump, and I need tips for this! I tried pumping, but leaving it on turns my boobs into a hickey colour, is that normal? I feel discomfort just at around the 5-10min mark as it is tight and i feel suffocated :( The colour scares me, cuz i feel loke if i leave it on longer, my boobs will prolly turn black 💀I dont know what I’m doing wrong as i see people leaving it on for 2hours, i just dont know how i can do that with the discomfort…😔

Has anyone faced this issue? I think i just generally dont know what to expect and i dont know whats normal. Can someone enlighten me? 👉🏻👈🏻
