dude sent resin instead of rosin on my 420 order. I asked for a refund, he sent a credit, I like the product so I rolled with it and bought 2 grams, and alas, he sends 1 gram rosin, 1 resin. I sent him what he sent me and he claims it wasn't his lids or writing. I'll give him another chance to make it right, but so far it is 3 strikes out, 2 wrong orders + not taking responsibility. So I'm blasting him. The rosin is great, but the customer service needs help and if he can't send the right thing and take responibility for messing up, I'll just order from golden hour exclusively.
