I'm currently looking into my options and was wondering if anyone here has undergone a true one-stage phalloplasty (specifically combining hysterectomy, vaginectomy/colpectomy, urethroplasty, and phalloplasty all in one single surgery).

If you feel comfortable sharing, I’d really appreciate hearing about your personal experience. Specifically, I'm curious about a few things:
- How did the surgery and the overall recovery process go for you, considering how extensive it is?
- How are you feeling with the results?
- Knowing what you know now, would you choose to do it all in one stage again?

- Using Urinals: How does it feel to be able to casually pee at a urinal now?
