Hello from a long time lurker in this community!

Although I am happily in a relationship myself, I'm looking to build a little side project for those in the community who struggle with dating. Resources like feabie and curvage are great, but they have a bit of a legacy feel to them, here is what I am thinking:

• There would be three facets to this website/app:
  • A Hinge style swiping interface where you could match and converse with people, but also tip them snacks/meals. Ideally this one-to-one format doesn't just favor content creators. I'm definitely not against content creators, I just think your average feedee deserves love too.
  • An anonymous reddit-style feed where you can make posts, like and comment. If you enjoy a user's post/comment, you can choose to follow them, and if they agree your profiles would be revealed to each other. I'm in favour of this because it maintains your privacy, but if you really resonate with someone you can match them.
  • An old-school anonymous confessions pane. You send up to 3 anonymous, private letters a day to people in your mutual dating pool. You can say whatever is on your mind. Same deal in terms of the reveal, it has to be mutual.

It goes without saying: 18+, no nudity, privacy (moderators can see your texts for safety reasons but they can't link it to your account).

I have plenty of ideas about how to make this work but I don't want to overload you with details. What I am looking for is feedback on this idea. Does it sound good? Do you have any things you would like to see? Thanks!
