Sister Morning Farts
Today morning, I went to my 20-year-old little sister’s room and called out, “Breakfast is ready! Come on!”
She was sitting at her laptop, completely focused on preparing a project presentation in PowerPoint.
“Wait, bro,” she said. “Let me finish this. We’ll both go together for breakfast.”
So I sat down on her bed and waited.
She continued typing, changing slides, adding pictures, and fixing the formatting. She was completely focused—but apparently, her stomach was have different plans-
Suddenly:
PRRRRRRRRT!
I looked at her.
She burst out laughing. “Bro, my stomach is not working properly!”
Before I could say anything, another loud one came out:
BRAAAAAAP!
“Seriously?” I asked.
She just shrugged and went back to typing.
A few minutes later:
PRRRT!
Then:
BRRRAAAP!
She kept working as if nothing had happened.
Another loud fart interrupted the presentation:
PRRRRRRT!
She laughed again. “Don't distract me, bro. I have to finish this!”
I replied, “I'm not distracting you. Your stomach is!”
She tried to hold in her laughter and continued with the slides.
Over the next few minutes, she let out several more loud farts—bringing the total to around six or seven while she was working on the presentation.
Finally, after almost 30 minutes, she clicked Save and closed the laptop.
“Done!” she announced.
I thought we were finally going to breakfast.
But instead, she sat back down on the bed to relax for another 10 minutes.
Within a couple of minutes:
PRRRRRRRAAAAAAPT!
I immediately started laughing.
She covered her face and said, “Oh no!”
Then, before those 10 minutes were even over, another huge one escaped:
BRAAAAAAAP!
She shook her head and laughed. “Okay, definitely something is wrong with my stomach today!”
After that, she finally stood up.
“Now can we go eat?”
We headed to breakfast together.
While eating, she suddenly went quiet and tried to act normal.
Pfft.
I looked at her.
She smiled innocently and continued eating.
A little while later:
Pffft.
I started laughing again.
She whispered, “Don't look at me! My stomach is still not working properly!”
We both laughed and finally finished breakfast.
