



Does it look like that I'm not training my Upper Chest Properly ?!
4 months in the Gym.
I know I can do better with the Chest. But I'm not sure where to start making changes.
Current exercises:
- Flat Bench Dumbell Press
- Incline Bench Press
- Cable Fly
- Cable Upper Chest
- Cable Lower Chest
- Machine Fly
