I have 5 wraps/points left (UK), I dont get paid until the 27th, do i half each and only use it when the WDs start to get unbearable? Cause ive got this really really bad problem where I use 24/7 throughout the day, I literally cannot pace myself no matter how hard I try, its like a compulsion. Like i KNOW I need to save it (was gonna do 1 point a day until pay day) but I cant stop smoking it every hour or so even though I know im gonna run out way before pay day, like even though im aware im gonna run out, my brain literally blocks it out like im on autopilot, and I really, really don't wanna have to go to town to sell some stuff as im not able to borrow money again this week. Fucking hate this. Anyone have any tips for rationing?
