Been thinking off copping some real H lately just for a change. My issue is, my tolerance is currently through the roof.

I live in Canada and am on a safe supply program, where I'm prescribed 24 8mg pms-hydromorphone tablets per day. I'm also at the point where I shoot all 24 8mg hydromorphone tablets in one shot.

With that being said, how much Heroin would I have to do in one shot to really feel it?

Is it okay or should really iv some where else

Just wanna know about y'all. Your age, and how long you've been using and how were you introduced.

I'm 36m, I dabble here and there mostly on weekends, lack of connect. I'm functioning, holding down a job with family responsibilities. I was going through a rough patch in my 20s, and got a bottle of morphine. That how it started for me, I remember it provided me with a sense of calm and good rest.

Opiates has help me in some ways but also became a crutch. I love to hear your story and thoughts.

Does it stop absorbing as well if you use too much liquid at once?

i’ve overdosed before but always had someone there to narcan me.

i was alone last night on a phone call and fell out in the middle of a sentence after doing a shot. i ended up being fine, but my bf called 911 bcuz he was convinced i had overdosed. i came to with the police already inside my apartment.

my bf told me from the time he called to the time they actually checked on me was almost two hours. shouldn’t it have been way sooner than this? if i actually was fatally overdosing, i would have died in that amount of time. or is that a normal length of time to respond to a suspected overdose? i felt comfortable using alone bcuz i always thought paramedics arrived in like, 5-10 minutes tops. i live in one of the biggest cities in the US too.

any responses appreciated sorry if this question is dumb.

Is it normal after heating it becomes sticky?

How to to it the best way? Adding physiological water before or after ...etc ?

Shooting, it healed up mostly but my right leg is still almost double the size as the left all these months later, my valves/circulation is damaged they said and it’s going to take a while before it goes down. I thought my life would be what it was forever. I’m 31 and was using since 20 years old. If I can do it ANYBODY can. I hope to move forward with my life from here on. I didn’t sleep for almost a month and it took a month for me to start feeling better even on suboxone. My ex I was with for 7 years who was never on any drugs wants to get back with me now that I’m clean (haven’t decided what I’m gonna do there yet), besides that everything is looking up though. . .i hope anyone who is struggling that reads this knows it is possible, it does get better. if you told me back in January i would be clean today and not needing dope to escape anymore I would have looked at you like you were mental.

My back story- I'm 39yrs old. In 2008 I was hooked on OC80s. They were $50/each and me and my GF bought 10 a day, everyday for 6-8months. Very quickly we had to start IV'ng them. Then beginning 2009 they started to disappear. We were in Buffalo NY were the heroin game was run by Puerto Ricans. So we switched to 5 bundles each a day. These were almost gram bundles (typical bundle was half gram split in 10bags). This was very good heroin back then...and since I always had money and tons of dope when I was give a bag or two to seasoned junkies they would constantly tell me how great this dope was and always remind me "I had a wicked habit" and when my money runs out I was going to be fucked. But being 22yrs is thought it would last forever. Of course in 2010 I had to get on methadone at 280mgs and eat Xanax/Kpins like Skittles.

2026-Im on 2 sublocade shots now (both 300mg loading doses) Well on the DN 🧅 a vendor had 68% pure tan heroin neg fentanyl neg zenes neg tranq. All the reviews were amazing. $180/GR but I HAD TO TRY IT. My last second sublocade shot was a month ago. Sniffed a small bump first. Looked and smelled vinegary like the fire dope I remembered. Didn't feel the bump but it was so small didn't really expect to. So I loaded up a fat shot

..slammed it. Immediately got intense pins/needles. Face got red and head filled with pressure....but that was it. No euphoria. NOTHING. Waited an hour. Did another fat shot. SAME-NOTHING EUPHORIC. I am disappointed I wanted to cry lol. I have enough saved for a small shot but I'm not going to do it for a few months when I know that the sublocade is gone.

I've been sober for years from H & I don't want to relapse or do anything long term, I'd just like to do something a few times. I've never tried opium tea & I'm wondering how to go about getting it and/or making it? Also does it cause withdrawal if you only drink it a few times?
