While I was considering buying from BeastGasm I was worried because most of the reviews looked fake. They all included a period at the end, sounded repetitive and just unrealistic in wording. I noticed that I couldn’t find any social media posts about their reliability as a credible company without scamming tendencies. I took the risk and I ordered 7 toys total. I actually received them all! The shipping took awhile and the service they use for it is honestly terrible but after about a week or maybe 3 at most I imagine, IT DID ARRIVE!! I was definitely nervous when it was taking so long and updates weren’t frequent. They use Yanwen for shipping and it’s notorious for the awful shipping times and updates. Even more nervous when I started looking into BeastGasm on Reddit and a bunch of other people were nervous. But then I noticed that no one had posted about an experience and confirming that they are a legitimate company! So here I am!
I ordered 7 toys and contacted customer support. Here is how things went! I emailed them regarding their custom orders (you can change colors, firmness and other things by asking via email) I wanted all of the toys to be soft (they are medium by default.) They responded very fast and apologized because due to high volume orders they wouldn’t accept my request at this time. They reassured me that they would try their best to make the toys as soft as possible and quicken the production of my toys. As for compensation, they kindly provided free storage bags for ALL 7 of the toys, and even added a cute plushie to my order! Everything came in a box with a discount sticker for your next purchase, a company card, every box was sealed with plastic for safer measures. Everything was completely accurate to the photos provided on the website. Although note that because they are custom made to order, the exact marbled photos provided may vary from what you receive since they obviously cannot manage to mix every silicone batch to look exactly like the placement of colors in the photos. The quality of the silicone is AMAZING. The cumtubes and inflation tubes are nice quality and I just love these toys so much. If you get the soft silicone do know that it is supposed to feel slightly stickyish! This is because high quality grade silicone that is made soft is supposed to feel like that. It’s not like you are receiving a low quality toy marketed as silicone when it’s not. It’s the real deal! Which is great considering BeastGasm is a Chinese company so I know that’s often a concern when ordering China based sex toys! Amazing customer service, real company and amazing toys! Would order again! (I also highly recommend the Bad Dragon cum lube for the ejaculating toys)
