Daily user for the better part of a decade, let’s talk about it.
I’m posting this as someone who got addicted the first time I tried it when I was 19, (it’s also the first drug I ever tried.) I have tried every ROA you can think of but these days I only smoke. Let’s get into some of my “hot takes” -
• The deception that comes with using this drug is unlike anything else. In the beginning you feel confident, outgoing, efficient, smart, connected to everything. Over time this drug will pull a complete 180 and leave you feeling insecure, anxious, isolated, and lonelier than you could ever imagine. *even when you’re high*. You will be destroying your life and not even realize it & this drug invites so much chaos into your life.
•If you are not 100% aware of how you’re acting in a social setting, in public, at work people are going to know you’re using. This is more than just the typical “do I look high” in a photo. Take a video of yourself doing a mundane task and watch it back. Notice how your body is carrying tension, the way your jaw is tight or moving, how jittery your movements look.. it’s eye opening.
•Hygiene, hygiene, hygiene.
•Personally less than a handful of people know I use and I no longer hangout with other users. I can maintain my usage because I don’t smoke more than a gram - gram and a half a week, I sleep every night and I eat atleast one meal. I don’t hangout with other users due to a good majority of people who use come with unpredictable behavior (erratic, angry, paranoid). As a woman who has learned this the hard way (after many years of making the same mistakes over and over), safety is top priority & other people become a liability to your freedom quickly.
•This drug has a hold on me & I have the self awareness to realize that. The longest I’ve been sober over the course of a decade is 11 months and I always come back. I have seen the darkest in people, have been homeless on the street, a victim of severe abuse and trafficking and when I look back on all the awful shit that happened to me - this drug played a role in every single situation. Today I am grateful to have a completely different lifestyle & have so many blessings in my life yet I still can’t get sober despite the fact that getting high isn’t even enjoyable anymore.
•My final take is this, I could never recommend trying this drug in good faith. If you’re contemplating trying it, it really is best to just walk away. If you are already using and you facilitate, persuade, or show someone how to use for their first time you’re fucking sick.
I hope everyone stays safe, uses responsibly, recovers if they choose to, and I hope y’all stay hydrated. DMs are always open for questions.
Take care of yourselves 🤍
Anybody experience extreme stomach problems when you run out?
So every time I run out of stuff I experience intense cramping & stomach problems on top of all the other brutal WD symptoms.
I was prescribed a weekends worth of pain pills for a pretty nasty injury on Friday. The injury sucks and is depressing as hell but this drug combo is 10/10.
