Does it just mean not liking penetration either way (top/bottom)? Or is it something else?

I have the small circumsized axolom color C3 and it has the flap thing. The flap makes my pubic area really itchy and wearing it for 1 hour+ leaves an indent in my skin sometimes theres tiny blisters with white blood cells

I think it's useful, without it I don't think I can wear it but it's also really annoying. I am fat but my stomach doesn't hang over my crotch so it doesn't get in the way or anything. I do use the harness. It didn't start happening until recently when I lost 1 kg. Any advice is appreciated thanks
