Non-binary vaginoplasty in Thailand without estrogen?
Hi! I’m non-binary/male-presenting and I’m interested in vaginoplasty in Thailand, but I do not want to transition to female or take estrogen. I want to remain testosterone-dominant long-term.
Some Thai clinics told me that they require a period of feminizing HRT and psychiatric documentation, but I’ve seen at least one non-binary person with similar goals who managed to have surgery there. I also heard of a case with Dr. Chettawut where the testes were preserved/repositioned instead of removed.
Does anyone know:
-Surgeons in Thailand who accept non-binary patients seeking vaginoplasty without estrogen?
-A psychiatrist/psychologist in Thailand experienced with non-binary cases who could provide the required assessment/documentation?
I’m especially interested in first-hand experiences or contacts.
