androgel update

hi hi been a minute and i wanted to share a recipe that i’ve messed around with.

background: i got my androgel in mid july and used it regularly (not making it into a cream) for about three weeks. then i noticed my voice started getting deeper so i stopped.

i want to try again and a user messaged me with some ideas. they said that vagisil moisturizing gel could be used as a carrier for the androgel. and it worked!

no need to dry down the androgel just mix with the vagisil. it didn’t burn, just a bit warm and tingly which i actually kind of like. i have the sachets of androgel that are 2.5g (25mg of T) each. mix that with 6g of the vagisil moisturizing gel (or one tube if you get the prefilled ones).

TLDR:
2.5g of Androgel + 6g of Vagisil = TCream

will update with progress, hopefully this works i’m just glad it doesn’t burn so i can put it right on my clit <3

androgel/testogel vs. compound testosterone cream

so my doctor doesn’t do anything with compound pharmacies. she said i’d most likely get androgel/testogel.

are these still good for clit growth? and is there any way to make it not burn when applied? any advice would be great thank you.

update after doctor consult.

thank you for all the advice in the last post helped me a ton to not be so nervous. we chatted and i’m getting lab work done tomorrow and then we’re meeting again in two weeks!

the one thing is she does do anything with compound pharmacies. androgel is most likely what i’ll end up getting (i don’t know the dose yet) but i know you can’t(?) put that directly on your clit. is there any way to make it so you can put androgel on there? i really want it to focus on the clit growth instead of all the other stuff.

thank you again for any help :)

how do i explain this to my doctor?

meeting with a doctor specializing in gender affirming care. how do i explain to her that i want a low dose compound t cream so that my clit will grow but reduce the chances of any other masculine traits forming? i’ve read a lot of here about cycling if signs start appearing and that the risk is minimal but i don’t know how to but it into i guess the “proper terms”

any help would be great

new supplement/food routine, advice please

I’ve been doing a lot of research here on the subreddit, the discord and on sources people have recommended. Mainly using the NBE Guide in the start here pin I’ve made a list of supplements and foods that I think will work but I wanna get some feedback to see if I’ve doubled up on anything or need to add more of something or need to add/remove anything.

Also if there’s any supplements that should be brand specific? I know the MSM people always recommend is Doctor’s Best so I want to check if there’s better brands than others for supplements.

Thank you for any help! I’m hoping to start this plan soon once I know I have all my bases covered and source everything.

THE LIST: (basically just tweaked and edited option 3 in the NBE Guide)

supplements
- 3000mg MSM w/ 50-300mg Vit. C
- 1500mg freeze dried aloe
- 320mg saw palmetto extract
- 1200-2400mg fenugreek or shatavari (50% saponins)
- 1800mg hops**
- 225-400mg progesterone cream**
- 1,800 mg EPA+DHA+DPA (or total omega 3s, NOT mg of fish oil)
- 2,000 iu vitamin D3
nutrition
- 1/4 raw pumpkin seeds per day
- 1/4 raw sunflower seeds per day
- 1/4 raw almonds per day
- half dozen whole eggs (including yolk) per week
- 2/3 cup brown rice (1-1/3 cup cooked) per day

** worried to start taking/using before hormone tests are done

TLDR: Please check my work and make sure I didn’t miss anything on my list. Also are there any specific brands that are good to use?
