Hi, I'm taking about 200mg tramadol for long fap/sex sessions to avoid cumming and for that it works fine. But I hate the brain zaps when I pause a few days and also I don't like the general opioid effects, I'm very lazy and down then, hate it.

Are there alternatives just to avoid cumming? By the way, when I take nothing I will cum immediately, so I'm kind of a premature ejaculator.
