Tw: will be using a lot of medical terms for parts for both afab/amab people (and intersex folks who may or may not have them as well)

Curious for any of those AFAB or born intersex without a natal penis who later recieved phallo and/or metoi.

Now, without the internal parts (seminal vessicles, testes, prostate, etc) is there any way for someone AFAB or intersex without those parts to "ejaculate"

I do not mean full fledged, but as an example, the skene gland creates secretions very similar to what a prostate creates. And for the prostate, that secretion makes up about 30% of what semen actually is.

I think, for myself in particular, being able to make some form of secrection and/or "semen" would be the ultimate euphoria. And out of all the things, it is the one thing I can find the least information about.

Would it be possible with a metoidioplasty?

So far I have found that the phallus from metoidioplasty can in fact "get hard" (which honestly is one thing I also thought wouldn't be possible and likely why I will, at least, get metoidio most definitely). But can't find much information on whether or not any form of secrections occur.

Is Salmacian, seperated from trans? I did read FAQ and it seems to be. I am still learning.

I didn't know phallo and medi were a thing... i did know I could keep the natal vagina... but knowing there is a TERM??

Could someone help me with terms;

As of now I know I am trans masc (he/him), gay, likely a demiman. I want to have as much sensation as possible (keeping tdick) but I want to have penetrative sex I can feel as well. Does one need to bury for sensations? I also want to keep natal vagina, and refrain from getting testicles. I would prefer a rod for the phallo, rather than pumps (as I have no idea where those would go)

If so, what do I *call* it?! How do I search it, find people to do it?!
