For context, my boyfriend died in 2021, and he was ALWAYS playing guitar. He would serenade me constantly, and he loved Ween so much. His favorite band by far. My name is Sarah, and he used to play me Sarah from Pure Guava all the time, so now every time it comes up in my playlist on Spotify, on YouTube, Pandora, whatever, it feels a little bit like he's saying hello to me again. Ween helped me with my grief over losing him. I'll forever be thankful for him. One day, I'm going to buy a Pure Guava vinyl, and it will be my most prized possession in my vinyl collection.
