Starting 24/7 idc anymore
Starting tonight I’m gonna be 24/7, I’ve been heavily depressed the past 6 years did start to get better the past year. Last night I received some shitty news that my most recent ex ago wants to try again and start a family; mind you we’ve not stopped talking since breaking up. Noo she’s moved on apparently in the space of a month after talking about getting back together and starting a family. It’s hit me like a tone a bricks and can feel myself just getting lower and lower everyday not to mention how fcking lonely I feel. So I’ve decided, from tonight on, I will wear diapers to bed, and pull-ups in the day due to limitations in privacy as I am my sisters guardian, even tho I might just buy tena maxi/ultima diapers as there’s practically nothing to them compared to other brands. If anyone has any suggestions for discreet but thick-ish tab style diapers. Be much appreciated 🙏 although I do have to say the Incontrol Bedry’s are nearly perfect to be diapered in the day but they are just a little too loud imo. Also if anyone has any suggestions or tips or what not with using diapers to combat depression, again be much appreciated🙏. (not a little so no regression
