26M with Grade 3 internal hemorrhoids.
They prolapse after bowel movements but go back in on their own. I also have swelling and pain for about an hour afterward.

My surgeon recommended PPH/stapler surgery but warned me about possible recurrence.
I’m confused about whether I should go ahead with it or consider other options like traditional hemorrhoidectomy

Has anyone with Grade 3 hemorrhoids had PPH/stapler surgery? How was the recovery, and did they experience recurrence?
Would you recommend getting a second opinion before deciding?
