I had a breast screen a week ago and it's come up with a lump which may or may not be cancerous.

They want to do another scan and ultrasound but I need to be dry for two weeks prior to the ultrasound. They are talking biopsy too.

My question is how do I crash land my lactating and preserve everything for after the scan / biopsy etc in case I can restart if everything turns out fine...

I've just been diagnosed Bipolar and prescribed lithium, what I'm wondering is how this garden variety earth element will affect milk production... The data on it says it's fine for breastfeeding moms and the pass through in the milk is very small.

It's aparently a diuretic so I'm guessing that will affect production.

Does anyone have experience?
