I have been pumping every 2 hours. I have had a bunch of changes to my nipples, areola, and tits overall. Everything is getting heavy and larger and more uncomfortable. I need relief, but I am just sitting here waiting for milk to come in so I can be drained. Is there anything else I can do to get some relief from the fullness I am feeling?

I notice that between pumping, especially if the time has been significant, my nipples will get super hard and VERY warm. I have been working on relactating for like 2 weeks now, I am pumping about every 2-3 hours but sometimes due to work, I have to wait and skip some sessions.

Is it normal to have the erect/warmth in between? It has been a LONG time since I breastfed and don't remember this part.
