I’ve been having issues with blowing out small white rubbery “chunks” and my nose is visibly swollen in the middle on each side, inside & out.
So as said above I’ve started to blow out these small white chunks especially when I blow hard since I can hear and feel snot in my nose & I hate that feeling of having to keep sniffing my nose because it’s dropping down my nostrils. Are these rubbery feeling (very small) chunks cartilage? Or is it left over from not doing rinses? Hardly ANY blood when blowing my nose - I also make nasal sprays instead of sniffing which is much easier on the sinuses, but I did go pretty hard on the powder for about a week - so this is a little concerning as my nostrils are swollen on the outside & looking in my nostrils with a mirror and flash light - I can see swelling on the inside.
After going to sleep & waking up the next morning, my nose is clogged right up & it hurts quite a bit to blow but a nice warm shower opens everything back up, and it’s completely fine. That is until I start to hit the spray again lol & I hit it quite often.
Started doing saline rinses every day & night but couldn’t tonight & I feel as though it is playing a big part since tonight - that area of swelling is pretty bad…
Please help me on this guys! I’d really appreciate it.
