There's this girl at work that I'm making eye contact with every single day, some more than others. The thing is, I had a chance to talk to her all by ourselves and i blew it (didn't offer her a ride home when it was raining).

My question is, how do I show my interest in her more confidently but without it being obvious to others to the point where we can both be comfortable talking and then eventually asking her out?

For context, we only see each other in the kitchen and maybe hallway and there's people there almost always.
