Stretch Camp 2: wearing weights n stretchers in jeans.

Not pictured the sock I use to cover it all up which helps hide the bulge. This weight is currently my heaviest single piece at 17.8 ounces and wearing it six days in a row, around the clock helps me get the gains I want. I’ve been adding other rings to build up my body so I can wear more for longer and longer amounts of time.

How about you? What are we wearing this week?

Stacking stretchers on top of my donut weight.

One of the things I notice now I how my balls are getting closer to my knees.

Now vs. Then: permanent results are possible.

Stretch Camp Week 1: Getting Started with weights

If you are new to Stretching or considering it, here is my quick start guide and what I'm going to try to do is post this every Saturday so we can check up on our progress.

First up, you'll need to buy the the weight. I use Chaingang body jewelry as they've always been a reliable option, decent prices and I like that if I ordered the wrong size (like the time I tried the Bullet), they allowed me to return it. You may need to try a couple of pieces to get the perfect fit, but know that over time, you may outgrow your weights. (When I started I was a 36ID and now I'm a 39.) You shouldn't turn purple or cold, so make sure it fits.

Second, you'll want a get a Silicone Stretcher to help boost your stretch. You can find all sorts of styles, but the ones I prefer are the Neo Tall by Oxballs. One of the risks of wearing just the weight, is if it gets warm and you testicles relax, they may slip through your weight.

Third, you'll need lube that will allow you to wear your gear for longer stretches of time. At home, you can use a jar of Cocoa Butter or Shea Butter, but when you are out and about you'll need something pocket-sized. I use Carmex Lip Balm, Cherry or Strawberry scented as they smell nice, but more importantly, they help keep my gear lubed up. If you feel pinching or soreness, add some lube, if your gear gets dry, it can rub you raw.

The formula for progress: weights will pull down on your sack and stretch the spermatic cords, silicone stretchers help enhance the stretch and lube keeps it from getting uncomfortable.

Whatever your reason for giving this a go, know that if you stick with it, you will see changes. I'm often asked "How fast will I see a difference?" That will depend on how well you can stick to it. The more you stretch, the more you'll stretch. Try it for a few months and you'll see a difference.

Admittedly, I've used other methods of ball stretching like Saline infusion and Vacuum Pumping to get greater gains, but to if you want to get results, start simple.

If you are wearing weights, post your set up: weight and duration goals in the comments below. My set up: Donut Ring (17.45oz), a Neo Tall and 6 days (around the clock)

[For reference the final picture in the set I posted here is how I looked in 2000, before I started to give you an idea of how far I've come. The other pics are a mix of the type of weights I'm wearing these days and how they look now.]

Good luck, -LLB

Using a sock to help conceal the weights we wear.

I’ve seen a few posts recently about what to wear when they want to stretch in public or how to be discreet about it. So when I’m wearing jeans out in public or at work, I found that if I’m wearing my heavier weight, it can be really hard to disguise.

First pic, the top left is with the sock systemand the others are varying ways. It looks. I’m just standing. The most obvious moment is when I take a step because that pushes the weight as it swings.

I recently started wearing Real Men underwear that has a pouch to “support” it really just helps act as a way to corral my gear. If you want to use the same system with a sock, get a snug fitting “see um” or “crew” sock, cut it in half and then slip it over your gear. It’s not a huge difference, but it smoothes it out enough to offer some camouflage.

I’ve been stretching for over 25 years and I’ve gotten pretty good at hiding my bulge, which is good if you want stretch around the clock. (Including work.)

Feel free to post any questions here or send me a dm. Good luck, -LLB
