Getting banned from random subreddits for being a SW
I can't even tell you how many subreddits I've been banned from. Some of the more egregious ones are the hair dye and cosmetology boards. I am a licensed cosmetologist of almost 15 years. Everyday I see people talking about frying their hair off and not understanding what happened and I'm like- I'd love to help but can't.
Today I was banned from the engagement ring subreddit, trying to help someone with a ring fit issue, of which I've posted on several times for years and years so I guess they updated their rules.
I think I also got banned from catmemes or something, maybe catpics. Literally just sharing a picture of my cat.
It's just stupid. Like reddit exists because of sex workers. This platform exists because it's an amazing resource for adult content. But the holier than thou subreddit mods want to keep their boards clean of anyone who- fucks? Like oh no. I'm hot and I get paid for it. Must be evil.
I have never posted adult content outside of a board that is for adult content. I'm just a person who uses social media on the same account I work from. Swapping accounts is annoying.
