My perfect setup might be a little seat (think sybian) that holds the toy rigidly in place, and I can vary my body position to change where pressure is applied. For now though, lying on my back, with my arms beneath me holding the toy, I'm able to hold it in place well enough and vary my hips to seek the most pleasure.
If the sybian did sort of a come-hither instead of rotation, I think it'd be a probably purchase as well.
