i’ve been at my club since September and in my opinion think i’m doing very well. I’ve had multiple 3k nights since i’ve started and tip out my club is incredibly heavy but i still ALWAYS tip out. They do contracts every few months and i’ve been continuously resigned and i’m grateful bc i genuinely love this club. They are starting resigning again and this time have not asked me so far, they’ve even been calling girls who aren’t at work to ask if they wanna resign and i’ve received nothing. They said it’s based off dance average and idk I think i do well, i rarely leave without a dance. I’ve also never gotten in trouble, have regulars, and am over all respectful. I’m going on vacation for two weeks and ofc out of all times they aren’t communicating with me at all. i’ve finally decided to ask and they said to call when I get back and i’m not sure how to take that. This is my most consistent income and i over all love it there and i’m just scared they don’t want me anymore I wouldn’t know what to do. I think it’s important to note i’m on the thicker side of girls at the club, like most are incredibly thin and I guess I stick out but never had issues with getting a bag. I could just be incredibly over dramatic and maybe i do just call in two weeks and everything is fine I just don’t understand the delay bc they’ve never done this to me ahahah😍 idk mostly a vent i’m jus stressed
