Being anti-porn is being anti-feminist
The only porn site that had any self-respect, m-less, was taken offline recently. Appartently, there were claims that it promoted misogyny and anti-female sentiments - but realistically, it was under fire for demonstrating what the patriarchy makes us truly desire.
M-less had some problem users, and nobody is going to deny that, but it only hosted legal content and was very rigorous in its vetting process. Now, it's been taken down as complainants argue that it was a "breeding ground" for misogynistic ideals.
I'll argue this; I've been browsing m-less for the last 20 years, and I have reported every instance of anything against the law in that time. I have also had multiple, healthy, lesbian relationships in that time because I had an outlet to indulge in my fantasies in peace, and every one of my partners has been aware of what I've been up to. It has been my safe-space to explore kinks that would otherwise receive too much backlash to pursue, or would be unsafe to try irl.
So, I'm challenging any feminist in this community to come up with a single intelligent argument as to why it's okay to ban an entire site for the opinions of a marginal few. Why is it okay to censor what the majority of people clearly want to explore sexually? How do you look at yourself in the mirror knowing that you are actively reducing female agency and identity through censorship?
I'm mostly ranting, so clearly I'm looking to argue. So if you have any actual arguments to the contrary, I would love to hear them. Maybe I'm wrong and you're the person to convince me that exploring my own thoughts is somehow damaging all women. Regardless, lmk.
