A while ago I bought a cocksleeve and it worked well, though lately I feel like it has shrunk as it feels much tighter than it used to. Is there a way to stretch sleeves so that they are less tight/have more girth room?

I have some potential solutions that I can try but I want to know if there is an official or recommended way.
